Le Tour de Langkawi 2013 Route Recce

Le Tour de Langkawi 2013 second route recce to be held from the 3rd to 10th September 2012. This time the recce include a number of departments to coordinate with states involved, confirm start/finish locations and coordinate overall layouts, finalize stage/total distance, mark Sprint/KOM locations... etc.
